The Retreat that I hosted at La Maison Michelle Villa in Barbados was absolutely perfect. My friends were impressed with the beautiful landscaping, accommodations, staff and Chef! They advised that the entire experience exceeded their expectations. La Maison Michelle Villa is my Happy vacation place and will definitely be back again! I had the pleasure of attending a Retreat at La Maison Michelle, and all I can say is WOW. The Villa was beautiful with breathtaking views and an amazingly warm staff. Each room was spacious and uniquely designed, which added to the charm. The food… the food… y’all, the food. It was the best I had on the island! Each meal was made with the freshest ingredients and served with deceptively strong rum punches. They even left out late-night snacks. I also stayed at The Crane on this trip and rate La Maison Michelle as the better option The retreat organizers did a wonderful job coordinating our event with villa staff and made sure retreat attendees received personalized, five-star service from the moment we arrived at the airport. It was an intimate group that added to the overall experience of the retreat. We also were treated to activities that ranged from private catamarans and wellness sessions to personalized photo shoots and a late-night pool party with a DJ and band. I can’t wait for the next retreat and will definitely be booking at La Maison Michelle again.

I have taken girls trips before, but this one was at a whole other level. Focused discussion groups on career advancement with like-minded peers, 1-on- 1 coaching sessions with Michelle that allowed me to dig deeper into some of my unintended habits in need of adjustment and the sharing of challenges and opportunities in a confidential safe space was exactly what I needed. My Birthday Retreat was absolutely phenomenal! The rum was great! I had lobster and shrimp at Oistins and both were delicious. Everyone loved the experience and they think it was a must do - just like the Beach Club. Every single thing - the Villa (rooms, common areas, decor, views, places to chill, amenities, staff, meals and the music!); the many activities (catamaran, beach party, yoga class, spa services, rum tour, golf and my special birthday cake) and others like Jerry providing transportation and King Richard for our night watchman and every single person here on Barbados was wonderful. My group- simply put - loved it all. And then there's the golf! We are returning!
